As a courtesy to our patients, we accept direct payment from insurance carriers.  This reduces the out of pocket expense for the patient.  However, since these payments may be delayed for considerable periods of time, payment of the estimated patient portion for each procedure is expected at the time services are provided.

Methods of Payment

Payments may be cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.

We provide payment options through Care Credit.  This company is an independent credit provider.  Various payment options exist through this company.  Our staff will be glad to assist you in choosing the one that is best for you.  Application for credit may be done online through our office, or you may apply online personally by clicking the link above.
